The efforts to increase the amount of minority STEM professionals in industry are outstanding, however over the last decade the number of students that actually graduate with STEM degrees have been declining year over year.  Our magazine aims to solve this problem by inspiring students to pursue STEM careers and by providing resources to those who have already started their journey.
