This will be a panel of Maintenance & Reliability professionals and they will share their day-to-day responsibilities and take questions from the audience.

Lawrence Bazille:

Lawrence has 11 years of maintenance and reliability experience in the chemical and nuclear industries. In his current role as a Reliability Leader, he strives to create value and deliver best in class reliability results for Dow Inc.

George Parada:

George has over 15 years of experience as a professional manager in data centers, food processing and manufacturing. He currently serves as the Global Asset Management & Ops Readiness Manager for Facebook.

Shadrach Stephens:

Shadrach has 17 years of experience In the manufacturing industry where he has worked on continuous improvement, reliability and engineering projects. In his current role as a the Global Improvement and Reliability Director, he leads a team of passionate professionals to drive competitiveness across the Environmental Technologies for Dow Inc.

Radar Huntsinger:

Radar is the Corporate MRO Manager for Great Lakes Cheese. He brings to the panel 30+ years of Maintenance Reliability and CMMS experience, and as known to many as the go-to "MRO Guru".

Ricky Smith

Ricky has over 30 years’ experience working as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional for companies/organizations such as US Army, Exxon Company USA, Alcoa Mt Holly, Kendall Company, and Life Cycle Engineering. In addition, Ricky worked as a Maintenance Consultant/Educator with hundreds of companies in over 30 countries world-wide, and is the author of publications including “Rules of Thumb for Maintenance and Reliability Engineers”, “Industrial Machinery Repair, “Lean Maintenance”, “Failure Reporting Made Simple” and many more.
