About a month ago, I did a survey to learn more about the challenges that are stopping professionals from feeling engaged at work. The analysis showed that 75% of the disengaged participants felt like they had no career mission or vision. So we've put together a simple Career Development Plan that you can leverage in case your employer does not already have an official process.
By the way, I used a similar plan about 8 years ago and guess what...? It actually works! My last three jobs have been EXACTLY what I listed on my plan. Imagine that!
