What does Women's History Month mean to you?
To me, Women's History Month is the opportunity to encourage, uplift, and celebrate women! As a woman of color, there have been many obstacles that I have had to overcome just because of my gender and color. I find great pride in learning about all of the women that came before me that played important roles in shaping history. These women were the backbone to very significant events that afford me [and others like me] rights and privileges that now exist. Women's History Month is a dedication to sHeroes and I am honored to be given the chance to study, showcase, and commemorate the accomplishments of these outstanding individuals!
About Kesha
Kesha has over 17 years of experience in project engineering, hardware testing, process control automation, design and system support with high performance as part of multi-disciplinary and diverse projects and teams. She is a Certified Green Belt Project Leader with the ability to plan, control, and execute capital and expense projects from origin through start-up; including contractor management and implementation within identified schedule constraints. Her additional responsibilities include leading efforts to implement the Destination Inclusion Strategy at the Dow - Plaquemine site and ensuring alignment of Employee Resource Groups and Site Networks Strategic plans to Site Inclusion strategy objectives.
