Women’s History Month to me is a celebration of the struggles, success, and strength of women. It allows us to take a reflective look at what’s been accomplished and strive to continue widening the path for others to follow.
About Monique
Monique is originally from St. Helena Island, SC and is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. At A&T she earned a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Over the past 20 years she’s worked for Dow and held various roles in Operations and EH&S. In her current role as a Production Leader, she enjoys investing in others, helping them develop in their roles, and obtain their career goals while generating value for Dow.
Monique is married to Richard Bass and they have four children.
